Through a variety of iniatives and programs, we have built a rich history of connecting students with some of the best employers in the city. Our services are easily accessible and free of charge for all Langara College students.

Are you a student or alumni looking for work? We maintain a job board of postings submitted by local employers. You can view the board by logging in to myLangara, selecting the Students tab, and following the Student Employment link. Check out the For Employers section above to hire students and alumni.
- Langara College Student Employment Day
The on-campus Student Employment Day is hosted annually for students to connect with employers face-to-face. For more information, click here.
- Student Work Assistance Program (SWAP)
For students who are looking for financial support, SWAP provides opportunities to work on campus in a variety of capacities. Visit SWAP for more information.
- Co-operative Education
Co-operative Education helps students obtain related, hands-on work experience by alternating terms of study and work. This successful model has opened many doors for students and is often sought after by employers. Visit Co-op for more information.
- Counselling Department

- Professional Employability Skills Course
Need a crash course on employment and career preparation? Langara College offers a three-credit course (Business 2300) that will cover everything from resumes and cover letters to interview skills.
